Residential Packages
Blue Curaçao Real Estate Inc. offers a you a wide range of services for your rental property. We have developed rental brokerage and property management packages for your commercial and residential properties to assist you in meeting your objectives concerning the return on investment you want from your property.
Basic Blue - Residential
After consultation with you on the terms and conditions for the rent, Blue Curaçao Real Estate Inc. takes care of the following:
- Listing the property on the website
- Placement of sign
- Actively search for a tenant
- Viewing of the property with potential tenants
- Rental agreement
Fee: One month's rent
Mid Blue -Residential
Includes the Basic Blue package plus:
- Utilities paperwork
- Regular site inspections (to be determined with client)
- Report and recommendation on maintenance and repairs required
Fee: 10% of the monthly rent with a minimum of ANG 300.00 per month.
Full Blue - Residential
Includes the Mid Blue package plus:
- Subcontracting and supervision of repair and maintenance
- Subcontracting and supervision of other service providers: landscaping, alarm / security, cleaning, laundry
- Mail forwarding service (upon request)
Fee: 25% of the monthly rent with a minimum of ANG 500.00 per month.
Full Blue Tailored - Residential
Includes the Full Blue package plus:
- A custom made package based on your specific property occupancy and availability needs
Fee: Tailored and charged on a monthly basis.
Our Full Blue and Full Blue Tailored Residential packages are highly recommendable in case you invest in a property but do not reside on the island. To maximize the return on your investment you can opt to rent the property out during those weeks of the year you don't require it for your own use. This means you will usually deal with short term vacation rentals that require a different property management approach. Allow our staff to take away your worries and handle all the details.

All fees are excluding 5% OB (turnover tax) and fees charged by service providers.
